Chemical peeling
Chemical peeling is a non-invasive, painless method of treating the signs of skin aging. It works on the signs of premature aging such as discoloration, skin structure and acne.
The task of hydroxyl acid is to dissolve the intercellular ‘glue’ - the substance that holds cells together, to make it easier to remove them while enzymes break the bonds between cells and proteins.
Who is the treatment intended for?
To women and men at a younger and older age for the purpose of rejuvenation.
Chemical peeling removes dry, dead cells, beneath which smooth, radiant skin appears. They help the accelerated recovery of collagen.
Indications
- acne
- hyperpigmentation
- rosacea
- grayish skin tone, (too) fast aging
Caution / contraindications / recommendations
It is not recommended during the summer months, when the skin is exposed to the sun, except for peeling with mandelic acid, which is applied throughout the year, and is also part of our offer. After a chemical peeling, it is mandatory to protect the facial skin with a protective sun factor.
Possible side effects are burning of the skin, which disappears with the removal of the product and redness of the skin shortly after treatment.
